Long Young Plastic (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. was established in May 1991 as a foreign-funded enterprise registered in Shenzhen. Our company primarily produces and supplies environmentally-friendly PVC soft and rigid plastic pellets, plastic alloy pellets, and specialty functional plastic pellets. We also manufacture plastic extrusion products, offer custom technical profile solutions, and produce various packaging tubes, outdoor benches, fences, and more.

Strong Production Capabilities
Our factory operates five advanced PVC granulation production lines with an annual capacity of 10,000 tons, alongside 15 production lines for plastic extrusion products. We are integrating digital technology to upgrade our production lines and continuously innovating in process formulas to meet evolving market demands. A strict quality control system and a fully equipped testing laboratory ensure that all products meet national standards and fulfill customer requirements.

Our Products and Services
Our offerings include:

• Hard PVC plastic particles: Used for pipe fittings, rigid pipes, injection molding, extrusion molding, transparent packaging tubes, LED light tubes, etc.
• Soft PVC plastic particles: Used for toys, wires and cables, hoses, sealing strips, waterproof and extension films, injection molding, and extrusion molding products.
• PVC plastic alloy particles: Used for engineering applications such as electrical appliance housings, instrument cover plates, electrical sockets, household product casings, and outdoor supplies.
• Special functional PVC plastic particles: Suitable for plastic raw material requirements in special applications demanding high-temperature resistance, cold resistance, radiation resistance, conductivity, thermal conductivity, microwave shielding, sensors, etc.
• PVC low-foam plastic particles: Used for footwear, building materials, sheets, injection molding, and extrusion products.
• Plastic extrusion products: Including soft and hard co-extrusion profiles, special tubes, transparent IC packaging tubes for microelectronic device precision connectors, LED lamps, electronic whiteboard frames, and large-screen frames. We offer OEM/ODM cooperation to develop and produce special profiles, plastic structural components, and packaging products for key customers.
• Plastic products: Such as plastic fences, benches, advertising chairs, stair treads, armrests, and other outdoor supplies, available under contract-based OEM/ODM arrangements.
